A group of six unrelated people; a housewife, a pizza delivery driver, a teenage Otaku, a corporate executive, a rising pop star and a Buddhist monk, find themselves outside the headquarters of the Tengu Consortium, a 30 story building in the heart of Matsumoto. What brought these people together, and why do none of them remember how they got there. More importantly, why is the city around them erupting into violent chaos? The Oni of Matsumoto is A fast-paced supernatural Martial Arts adventure set in modern-day Japan with elements from folklore. Using the Cypher System 2nd edition rules by Monte Cook Games. No knowledge of the Cypher System or gaming is necessary. This story-driven adventure is perfect for new as well as experienced players.
